Terms & Conditions

Booking Fee

​

  • A booking fee is required for all appointments. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Your booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

  • By paying a booking fee, you agree to all terms and conditions, including any additional fees that may apply for late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows.

Medical Disclosure & Suitability​

​

  • It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or medications prior to booking. This ensures your safety and suitability for treatment.

  • All treatments are subject to clinical assessment, and our team reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe.

  • Failure to provide accurate medical information may affect your eligibility for treatment and could result in denied treatment or additional charges.

Age Restrictions & ID Requirements

​

  • All injectable treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over.

  • Valid photo ID must be presented at your appointment.

  • Failure to provide appropriate ID may result in appointment cancellation, and your booking fee will not be refunded.

​

Premises Policy

​

  • No individuals under the age of 18 are permitted on the premises under any circumstances, including children.

​

Rescheduling & Cancelling Appointments

​

Rescheduling:

​

  • You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance by clicking the link in your original booking confirmation email.

  • Changes cannot be made less than 48 hours before your appointment.

​

Cancelling:

​

  • To cancel, click the link in your booking confirmation email to manage your appointment.

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required for reschedules or cancellations.

 

Late Cancellations / No-Shows:

​

  • Within 48 hours: 50% of the booked treatment(s)

  • Within 24 hours or missed appointments (no-shows): 100% of the booked treatment(s)

  • Future bookings will not be permitted until any outstanding balances are settled.

​

Attendance, Lateness & No-Show Policy

​

Late Arrivals:

​

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged 100% of the booked treatment(s).

  • Punctuality ensures every client receives the time and care they deserve.

 

No-Show Policy:

​

  • Paid Treatments: 100% of treatment cost applies if you fail to attend without notice.

  • Reviews & Follow-ups: A £20 fee applies if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.

Model Appointment Policy

​

  • Model services are provided free of charge but occupy dedicated time slots and are subject to standard cancellation terms.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows: £20 fee within 48 hours or for unattended appointments.

  • By booking a model placement, you agree to these terms.

​

Important Pre-Treatment Information

​

  • All clients must complete a Medical Form and Consent Form for every aesthetic treatment. Failure may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

  • Clients undergoing medical treatment, with pre-existing conditions, or on medications must consult before booking.

  • For prescription-only (POM) treatments, a face-to-face consultation with our licensed prescriber is mandatory (£25 fee) prior to treatment.

Refinement & Review Policy

​

  • Anti-wrinkle treatments typically take 10–14 days for full effect.

  • Complimentary Reviews: Between 14–21 days after your initial treatment to assess and add small adjustments if needed.

  • Late Adjustments: Requests after day 21 are treated as a new maintenance session (£99 fee).

  • Administering top-ups after 21 days can reduce future effectiveness, so we adhere strictly to this window.

Post-Treatment Reactions

​

Contact us immediately if you experience any reactions following treatment. Severe reactions require immediate medical attention.

​

Possible Symptoms:

​

  • Itchiness, swelling, redness, bruising, discolouration, tenderness

Rare but serious reactions:

  • Granulomas, skin necrosis, infection, hypersensitivity, nodules or cysts

​

It is your responsibility to report any reactions promptly. Failure to report reactions promptly may impact our ability to support you.

​

Out-of-Hours Appointments

​

  • Appointments outside regular hours are subject to availability and incur a £20 additional charge.

​

Loyalty Rewards & Discounts​

​

  • Loyalty rewards can be redeemed for any available treatments; one per appointment.

  • Discounts from polls, competitions, or promotions are valid for 3 months.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, including package deals.

​

Refund Policy

​

No Refunds:

​

  • All services are non-refundable, including dissatisfaction with results or change of mind.

​

Corrections & Adjustments:

​

  • Contact us within 7 days if adjustments are needed.

  • One free correction session may be offered within 14 days at our discretion.

​

Subscription Services Terms

​

Plans:

​​

  • Monthly: Ongoing until 30 days’ written cancellation notice is given.

  • Annual: One-time upfront payment; does not auto-renew.

​

Payments & Billing:

​

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.

Cooling-Off Period (Monthly Subscriptions Only):

  • 14-day cooling-off period applies; no refunds, but payments can be credited toward other services.

​

Cancellation:

​

  • 30 days’ notice required; subscription remains active and billable until notice period ends.

  • No refunds after cancellation request.

​

Changes:

​

  • Terms, pricing, and features may be updated with prior notice.

Missed/Failed Payments:

  • 7-day grace period to settle failed payments.

  • Non-payment will cancel the subscription and associated treatments.

​

E-Gift Cards

​

  • Valid for 12 months; non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

  • May be used for any treatment unless stated.

​

Giveaway & Prize Policy

​

Eligibility:

​

  • UK residents aged 18+, genuine followers only.

​

Winner Notification:

​

  • Winners notified via DM within 48 hours; must claim within 7 days.

Prize Redemption:

  • Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Treatment prizes require consultation; medically unsuitable clients may receive an alternative.

Social Media Disclaimer:

​

  • Giveaways are administered by B Beauty Aesthetics, not Instagram or Facebook.

​

Finance Options

​

  • Flexible payments available via Klarna or Clearpay at checkout.

  • Non-refundable; payments can be transferred to alternative treatments or held as credit.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled via confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
