IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please be aware that all Prescription-Only Medicines (POMs) legally require a face-to-face consultation with our qualified prescriber prior to any treatment. This is essential to ensure your safety and confirm the suitability of the treatment. A £25 consultation fee is required and payable directly to the prescriber at the time of your appointment. Please note, this fee is separate from any treatment or subscription costs and will not be deducted from your final balance. Once issued, your prescription is valid for 6 months (unless there is a change in your medical history). Please note: A valid prescription is required for every treatment appointment. This is a legal requirement for all prescription-only medications and ensures your treatment remains safe and appropriate over time. If your prescription has expired or your medical details have changed, a new consultation with our prescriber will be needed before further treatment can go ahead. To join our Glow & Go Subscription, you’ll be required to attend a face-to-face consultation every 6 months to maintain a valid prescription. Failure to attend your consultation will result in no treatments being carried out until a new prescription is provided. Please note that no refunds will be issued if you miss or fail to attend your consultation as required.
