These Terms of Sale apply to digital products purchased from B Beauty Aesthetics through bbeautybristol.co.uk.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

2. OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We sell downloadable digital resources relating to skincare education, including guides, worksheets and supporting materials.

The description, contents and price of each digital product will be shown on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

We may update or amend our digital products from time to time. Your purchase relates to the version supplied to you unless we expressly state that future updates are included.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the digital product.

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation or otherwise make the purchased digital content available to you, at which point a contract is formed between you and B Beauty Aesthetics.

Please check the information you provide when ordering carefully, particularly your email address.

If you believe you have entered incorrect information, contact contact@bbeautyaesthetics.uk as soon as possible.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT

This is a digital product. No physical product will be posted to you.

Following successful payment, access to your digital product will be provided electronically using the download method made available through our Wix store and/or the email address provided when placing your order.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you have a suitable device, internet connection and software required to access the digital content.

If you have successfully paid for a product but are unable to access your download, please contact contact@bbeautyaesthetics.uk.

6. CANCELLATION RIGHTS FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

Digital content is treated differently from physical goods under UK consumer law.

Where you ask us to begin supplying digital content during the statutory cancellation period, we will ask for your express consent for supply of the digital content to begin immediately and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right to cancel once supply begins, where applicable under consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

7. REFUNDS & PROBLEMS WITH DIGITAL CONTENT

Because of the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind where supply of the digital content has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement described above.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your digital product is faulty, inaccessible, materially different from its description or you otherwise believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact contact@bbeautyaesthetics.uk with your order details.

We will deal with your request in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

8. SKINCARE EDUCATION

Our skincare guides and resources are designed to provide general skincare education and information.

They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, personalised medical advice or an individual skin consultation or treatment plan.

The skincare educational materials provided by B Beauty Aesthetics are created by Rebecca Hawker, a qualified skin therapist, using her professional training and knowledge.

However, everyone's skin and individual circumstances are different. Information contained within our digital products should therefore be understood as general educational guidance rather than an individual recommendation.

Always follow the instructions and warnings supplied by the manufacturer of any skincare product you use and seek appropriate professional or medical advice where necessary.

Any disclaimer contained within a purchased digital product should be read alongside these Terms.

9. RESULTS

We do not promise or guarantee any particular skincare result from purchasing or using our digital products.

Results and experiences vary between individuals and may depend on factors including your skin, the products and formulations used, frequency and consistency of use, lifestyle and other individual circumstances.

Any examples, suggested timeframes or other educational information contained within our products should not be interpreted as a guarantee of results.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PERMITTED USE

All intellectual property rights in our digital products, including original text, graphics, worksheets, designs and other content, belong to B Beauty Aesthetics or the applicable rights holder.

When you purchase one of our digital products, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unless permitted by law or you have our prior written permission, you must not:

share or distribute the digital product or its download link;
reproduce or republish the product in whole or substantial part;
resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the product;
upload it to file-sharing platforms or otherwise make it publicly available; or
represent our original content as your own.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property rights to you.

11. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a purchase made by a consumer for personal use.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

12. PERSONAL INFORMATION

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on bbeautybristol.co.uk.

Where you separately choose to receive marketing communications from B Beauty Aesthetics, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

Purchasing a digital product does not require you to consent to marketing communications.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business or applicable law.

The Terms applying to your purchase will generally be those in force when the contract between you and B Beauty Aesthetics was formed, unless a change is required by law.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights available under the laws applicable to you.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
