Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum term?
No. There’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel your plan by giving at least 10 days’ notice before your next Direct Debit payment. This gives me enough time to cancel the payment before it begins processing.
When will my payment be taken?
Signature Skin and Glow & Go payments are collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.
With Prepay & Glow, you choose your preferred monthly payment date when setting up your plan.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. If your circumstances or treatment goals change, get in touch and we can look at which option makes the most sense for you. Please give at least 10 days’ notice before your next payment if you’d like the change to take effect before then.
Can I use my payments towards any treatment?
It depends on the plan. Signature Skin and Glow & Go are designed around specific treatments, while Prepay & Glow allows you to build a treatment fund to use towards eligible treatments.
Do I need a consultation before joining?
For Glow & Go, yes. You’ll need a consultation and suitability assessment before joining so I can make sure anti-wrinkle treatment is suitable for you.
For Signature Skin, a consultation isn’t mandatory, but I do recommend one so we can discuss your skin, your concerns and what you’d like to achieve before starting your plan.
What happens to my Prepay & Glow balance if I cancel?
Any remaining balance is still yours to use. Your balance will remain valid for 12 months from the date you cancel your plan, giving you plenty of time to use it towards eligible treatments.
Will I actually save money?
Some plans include member-only pricing and benefits, but the main purpose is to make regular treatments easier to budget for and, where relevant, help you stay consistent. The exact value depends on the plan you choose.
