1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by B Beauty Aesthetics.
1.2 By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking Fees & Appointments
2.1 All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure the slot.
2.2 Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of the booking fee.
2.3 The booking fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
3.1 Clients may reschedule appointments using the booking confirmation link.
3.2 Any changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required.
3.3 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment(s).
3.4 Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend (no-show) will incur a 100% charge of the booked treatment(s).
4. Force Majeure
4.1 Booking fees are bound by force majeure.
4.2 In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to product delivery failure, staff emergencies, machinery failure, or other unforeseen events), booking fees remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment within three (3) months of the original booking date.
5. Attendance, Lateness & No-Show Policy
5.1 Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost.
5.2 Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
5.3 No-shows will result in a 100% charge and the booking fee will not be refunded or transferred.
5.4 For free services (including consultations and reviews), a £20 charge will apply in cases of no-shows or late cancellations.
5.5 Clients with outstanding balances will not be permitted to make future bookings until all fees are settled in full.
6. Age Restrictions & ID Requirements
6.1 All injectable treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over.
6.2 A valid photo ID may be requested at your appointment.
6.3 Failure to provide valid ID may result in appointment cancellation, in which case no refund will be given.
7. Medical Disclosure & Suitability
7.1 All clients must complete a Medical History and Consultation Form prior to treatment.
7.2 It is the client’s responsibility to disclose full and accurate medical information, including conditions, medications, and allergies.
7.3 Failure to provide accurate information may increase the risk of complications and/or result in a poor aesthetic outcome.
7.4 B Beauty Aesthetics is not liable for outcomes resulting from withheld or inaccurate medical information.
7.5 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
8. Pre-Treatment Requirements
8.1 All clients must complete a medical form and consent form for every treatment booked.
8.2 Failure to complete required documentation will result in appointment cancellation without refund.
8.3 Clients with medical conditions or undergoing treatment must seek advice prior to booking.
8.4 For prescription-only medicines (POM), a face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber is mandatory.
8.5 This consultation will take place at the prescriber’s location and will incur an additional charge.

9. Treatments, Results & Reviews
9.1 Aesthetic treatments require downtime, and final results may take 14+ days to develop.
9.2 No adjustments will be made before this period has passed.
9.3 If dissatisfied, clients must wait a minimum of 14 days before considering corrective action (including dissolving where applicable), and any such corrective treatments will be carried out at the client’s expense.
9.4 Botulinum toxin treatments cannot be reversed; by booking, clients acknowledge and accept this.
9.5 B Beauty Aesthetics is not responsible for corrective treatments unless deemed necessary due to negligence or malpractice.
10. Post-Treatment Reactions & Aftercare
10.1 Possible side effects include (but are not limited to): swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness, itching, discolouration, lumps, asymmetry, infection, allergic reactions, nodules, and rare complications such as vascular occlusion.
10.2 By booking, clients acknowledge and accept that such side effects may occur.
10.3 B Beauty Aesthetics will not be held liable for adverse reactions unless caused by proven negligence or malpractice.
10.4 Clients are strictly responsible for following all aftercare advice provided.
10.5 Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in complications for which B Beauty Aesthetics accepts no liability.
11. Payments & Refund Policy
11.1 The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment.
11.2 All payments, including booking fees and treatment costs, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
11.3 If clients are unsatisfied with their results, they must contact us within 21 days of treatment.
11.4 One complimentary correction appointment may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion if deemed necessary.
12. Subscriptions
12.1 All subscriptions are charged monthly via direct debit and will continue on a rolling basis unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
12.2 All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
12.3 A 14-day cooling-off period applies; any payments made during this period are non-refundable but may be credited toward other services at the discretion of B Beauty Aesthetics.
12.4 Cancellation of a subscription requires a minimum of 30 days’ notice in writing. Subscription payments will continue during the notice period and no refunds will be issued.
12.5 It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend appointments associated with their subscription.
12.6 Failure to book or attend a treatment within the applicable period, including missed appointments or forgotten bookings, will not entitle the client to any refund, credit, or rollover of services.
12.7 Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend subscription treatments will be treated in line with the standard cancellation and no-show policy.
12.8 Failed or missed payments may result in immediate suspension of subscription benefits and services until the account is brought fully up to date.
12.9 Continued failure to make payments may result in cancellation of the subscription without notice, and any outstanding balance may still be pursued.
12.10 B Beauty Aesthetics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw subscription services at any time with reasonable notice.
13. E-Gift Cards
13.1 E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
13.2 They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13.3 Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
13.4 Gift cards may be redeemed against any available treatment unless otherwise stated.
14. Finance Options
14.1 Flexible payment options are available via Klarna or Clearpay.
14.2 B Beauty Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for any additional charges, penalties, or fees incurred due to missed or incorrect payments to the finance provider.
14.3 Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of B Beauty Aesthetics for treatment plans over a 6 or 12 month period.
14.4 Clients may not hold more than one active payment plan at any given time.
14.5 A new payment plan may only be requested once any existing plan has been fully cleared.
14.6 Approval of payment plans is entirely at the discretion of B Beauty Aesthetics, and we reserve the right to refuse this payment method without explanation.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
15.1 All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
15.2 Your information will be kept confidential and used solely for treatment, communication, and billing purposes unless consent is provided otherwise.
16. Liability Disclaimer
16.1 All treatments carry inherent risks.
16.2 B Beauty Aesthetics is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare or failure to disclose accurate medical information.
17. Changes to Terms
17.1 B Beauty Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
17.2 Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication.
18. Governing Law
18.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which B Beauty Aesthetics operates.
