Refund Policy

B Beauty Aesthetics does not offer automatic refunds for any treatments, consultations, or services. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Rebecca Hawker, the owner of B Beauty Aesthetics.

  • All payments for services, deposits, or packages are non-refundable unless a refund is expressly granted by the owner.

  • Payments may be taken via secure third-party platforms; no card details are stored by B Beauty Aesthetics.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients are encouraged to provide notice if they cannot attend a booked appointment.

  • While refunds are generally not offered, the owner may, at their discretion, reschedule appointments or issue credit towards future services.
